The Pacific Leadership Assistance Network (PLAN) provides a support system for members to increase our individual and collective impact. Membership is open and free to Pacific Islanders and all who focus on improving the lives of Pacific Islanders in the United States. By joining PLAN you will be able to contribute to and participate in any or all of the following benefits and opportunities:
Code of Conduct
Members will contribute to the development of a code of ethical conduct for all PLAN activities, services, and programs.
Independence
Members are independent consultants who share a common vision of creating quality standard leadership development for service providers, organizations, schools. PLAN unites collective efforts while honoring individual uniqueness.
Networking
Members are part of a growing network of Pacific-relevant educators, trainers, and professionals who participate in networking gatherings (Meet Ups), conferences, seminars to share ideas and strategies to address long-term issues in the Pacific.
Standards
Members share best practices to develop Gold Standards for Pacific-relevant professional development programs for educators, service providers, agencies, organizations that support Pacific Islander students and migrants in the United States.
Training
Members develop training programs for each other through planned conferences, seminars, and lectures.
Marketing
Members share a marketing plan which include a directory of members on the PLAN website, social networking media, branding, and the opportunity to develop an individual website.
